It’s a very well-written review… that will be buried under a month’s worth of memes and clickbait.

I haven’t seen Daya get much of a pass at all. The group I was with booed when she won that first lip sync.

This episode just… didn’t seem to need to happen. Yes, Snatch Game was bad. But Daya Betty was correct: not everyone was disastrous, some would’ve been safe in other seasons. The final outcome could’ve happened last week.

DE is also not a particularly long game, or one with a particularly wide scope- and that’s by design in order to accommodate the sheer amount of dialogue variability.

The hot camera guy- who also was Diesel O’Hara in The Daytona Winds- is Calixto Quan. @keelix on IG. You’re all welcome!

I think it’s fair. The reception to this episode seems extremely negative on social media.

UK vs the World: slouching to the crown! A truly chaotic season that doesn’t seem to be making anybody particularly happy. Hopefully it’s the death knell of the lipstick eliminations, a fun twist in AS2 that now has kind of undermined what kind of show it wants to be.

Absolutely, considering how much development we’ve had with Bannister versus how little we’ve had with Church. Basically all we know about Church at this point is that he is poorly suited for the Russell’s social needs.

With 908 unique Pokemon thus far (including the new starters, and not including regional variants), it seems not unlikely we’ll hit 1000 monsters in this generation. Which is insane.

This is also a series that will most likely hit or even surpass 1,000 unique Pokemon with Scarlet and Violet (with Legends, we’re at 905 now- and that’s not including regional variants, alternate forms, etc), with each needing animated models that can walk, attack, faint, be cute, and do whatever else they need to do,

It’s hard for me to feel any way about the player character designs in Pokemon, since they’re not really even a character. They have no personality, say nothing, and make no choices. They could be replaced by a robot arm on wheels and you’d have the same effect.

They’re certainly better than Legends and Sword/Shield, and they’re absolutely better than anything on the 3DS. I think they serve the franchise aesthetic- which always leaned into animation and away from realism- perfectly fine.

People complaining about the graphics of a mainline Pokemon game is always weird to me. The standard games were never about the graphics and they shouldn’t need to be. Even Red and Green/Blue were way behind the times when they were released. It’s been like that so long that it’s basically become a key part of the

FWIW, I’m Jewish and I enjoy the show. Most of my Jewish friends either enjoy the show or don’t find it objectionable. And my Jewish mother- raised in this era, had parents who forbid listening to Christmas music at home, and who even worked at Grossinger’s resort in the Catskills- adores it and thinks it’s an

The rabid, vitriolic, vocal hate that TLJ got probably ended up hurting the franchise than anything in the film. It basically signaled to everyone running the show to keep their heads down and make the fans happy as easily as possible.

I’m sick of the Skywalkers, I’m sick of Tatooine, and I’m tired of the entire series revolving around both of them out of nostalgic inertia. We know the Star Wars galaxy is an awesome place for stories and characters, we’ve had great examples of both come out of it for decades. So it’s very disappointing to see the

Jorgeous’ win is one of the most baffling in a long time. I cannot imagine anyone watching sincerely believing she deserved it for this, not when other queens stepped up far more accomplished garments. In the immortal words of Michelle, “it’s… a piece of fabric.”

This series was watchable in the “I don’t know what’s going to happen next” way... but not in the good kind of “I don’t know what’s going to happen next” way. Like in a, “I genuinely have no idea what is going on” way. The only sustained coherency was in the two Mandalorian episodes. Otherwise, we got a main character

That... is not the one and only scam. There are so many examples of rug pulls, fraud, malware, and more.

All of those innovations are things that could be explained to a mass audience in a single short sentence or even just a few words and have everyone totally understand what they do. I have yet to see anything as succinct for NFTs, from anybody. It’s all just “it’s the future, don’t you want to get rich.”
