I grew up in michigan, I know how it goes. Every nice car gets ruined by the rust after 5 or 10 years of winter driving, pushing up the value of the cars you want to buy. It’s crazy how much cheaper, nice cars are here in texas.

Haha I was very lucky, we were in our car so fast, and managed to keep the e46 rolling through the deeper stuff and was out in no time.

For tickets, I’ve always done GA, you have to be willing to get there EARLY on Sunday though. Which dovetails into parking.

Yeah it couldn’t be much worse weather wise! I met a couple of people who had “going to an f1 race” on their bucketlist, and that was the race they picked. I felt really bad for them, especially since we talked on Saturday after we had all stood in the rain for 2 hours and didn’t even see a car.

Haha the mud was the real killer. I was up on the hill on turn one and there were mudfloes threatening to sweep off young children
