Good lord that’s violent. He pulled on the front brakes and lifted the rear enough to cause a small slide. He moved his weight forward and the front brake leveraged the bike right over the front axle. To be honest, there may not have been a way to keep the bike on the track but that was likely the worst option.

That is exceptionally hard to watch. I was really glad to see him conscious when he got out of the truck. I know that doesn’t mean he’s out of the woods, but it could have been much worse.

I also think the guy with the mis-entered amount on his card was pretty reasonable and decent. I’ve worked at a restaurant where a bartender got hit for adding additonal tips to a bill. If there’s a few of those complaints coming in a restaurant can sniff out the thief pretty easily.

I went to high school in mid-michigan, and my hs played Arthur hill (saginaw) twice a year in basketball. I remember going to see him play our team when he was a sophomore or junior and realizing I was seeing my first “yep, that guy is gonna be a pro” highschool player. He was that damn good.
