You may not have noticed but bisecting the c-pillar is an extremely common (and fugly) design trend these days. Nissan may have started it, but it’s too widespread nowdays to say that Aston (or anyone) is specifically aping the Maxima.

Ok cool. So it turns out all the DB11 needs to not have the C-pillar of a Nissan Maxima is two-tone paint. Sweet!
