It’s awesome that you picked up on this David. I live in Topeka and we have been following this story for a while. It’s crazy that one person can be so bad at driving. We constantly keep an eye out for her and make sure to get away from her as quick as possible if we see her.

Judging by the way the truck driver just sat in the truck after pulling over, I’m guessing he knew exactly what happened. If a bunch of random people were honking at you to pull over, the first thing you would want to do is jump out and see what the hell was wrong.
