All really good points. I only went with NP because $8k for all that gear unassembled is a pretty good price. Knock it down to $6k or disassemble it for me, but yeah, given the caveats I wouldn’t play with it as is.

Live like you’re almost destitute until you have the money to buy a house outright. Don’t buy a nice one. Survive in that one until you can afford another, then rent out the first and upgrade. Repeat this pattern until you have enough passive income to do nothing.
