...is...is it amphibious?

Is it safe?

Came here hunting for Puma hate...not leaving disappointed.

Saddest thing I saw last week: 320i where the owner had added an M badge before the 320. Why get an M3, when you can just upgrade it for $10?

How about Project Fi? There’s gotta be some benefits to being on an MVNO that switches between Sprint and T-Mobile towers (and Wifi).

It’s got to go public somehow, and I doubt many companies are going to claim their system is release level software ‘till it’s been in the hands of the average driver for quite a while. It may not be a sound legal defense, but by calling it beta, they can probably mitigate the fallout when things mess up. Presumably

Couldn’t agree more, and it drives me slightly up the wall, but there isn’t a day that goes by where I don’t hear at least 1 designer call it gooey, and at least a half dozen programmers. Disclaimer: I’m the guy tasked with keeping the GUI up to date with what the designers decide, so that acronym is a regular part of

Must’ve gotten confused with #34

Ooph, yeah, I’m not nearly adventurous enough to try a lot of things people eat. Saw the greatest pig roast ever though. Opening night for Human Centipede 2 had 3 of them sewn up like the people in the movie...good times.

Didn’t know what a balut was...regretting that image search.

Someone could make a couple high end grills out of each side.

This. Every time I show lab grown meat stories to people they always fall back to how it’s weird to grow it in a lab if they have them out as free range animals. I want some Pygmy Hog bacon with a Bald Eagle omelette.

...what’s a UOA?

To each his own, but I like driving my sports cars more than I like servicing them.

Counterpoint: S2000. Used, cheap, and as reliable as an Accord or Civic.

I do appreciate always having a low deck though, otherwise I’d be raising and lowering the car constantly for the dogs to hop in/out of.

I know this is going to sound crazy, but, when I was looking, XC-90 and LR4 were top of my list. Ended up getting a Flex...used. Never been happier. I think a big part of it is the lower deck. Kills a lot of the offroad potential, but I don’t really need 10” of ground clearance or 30” of water fording depth to go to

I’d say probably the Flex, though it isn’t designed to have the seats just folded down, so the plywood would have to keep them held there. Really, handling of the second row and the lack of sliding doors are pretty much the only difference between the Flex and a minivan. Well...also the engine. Try out the awd with
