I went with a friend on a motorcycle test drive once. Left me standing around as collateral during the affair. Odd situation to say the least.

Do you have a budget in mind so we can start figuring out our snarky posts about V10 Miatas and dilapidated Rolls Royces that barely fall within your budget?

I've actually seen one of these! Took me a few minutes to realize it wasn't just an aftermarket hard top. Had to look it up after I saw it to make sure I wasn't going crazy.

I remember when plasma TVs were $20k USD and only ~40", now you can pick up a 50" for about $500. If this can follow a similar trajectory, I can look forward to a robot that does my laundry soup to nuts for ~$5k in about 10-15 years? We need to make this happen faster!

Does "NASA space agency" not feel repetitive and redundant to anyone else?

Aerogels, magic future material! Also, used in the Rizk RA

AP1 S2000. Notorious for putting people into ditches backwards in good conditions. Top down through every Austin freeze in the last 6 years. Iced roads doing car ballet through F-350 duallys who think 4x4 means it's always on and guarantees traction.

I must be missing something...they show the car that they used in 2 Fast, and it looked just as real as the rest of them.

Aimed for that, bought this instead:

true, and memory speeds aren't likely to be able to handle that in a handheld MFT format...but if it's got the chops to make it happen sensor side, building a controller that can handle a pretty significant fraction of it shouldn't be too difficult. Probably the biggest hurdle, as you pointed out, is the actual

I want this in a micro four thirds so bad it hurts...16,000 fps 2K video? That's going to be so freakin' awesome.

I think the Murano convertible is brilliant, and i want one.

My heart still skips just a little every time I see that phrase...then I remember $200k, realize that calling that "entry level" is stupid and waste a good 5-10 minutes trying to find a different price...something that I could afford to get a loan for in 10ish years if I save really hard. Still no.

Mostly, I was just feeling a bit guilty. In an odd twist, I try to not be a smarmy jackass on the internet...not like real life.

wow, it's hard to believe he had the gall to actually park there after doing that. psycho

Sorry if my response had a bit too much snark in it, I felt that lampooning your math would be funny. Really though, given the domain of the development (particle accelerators), one can infer that "500 times the power" has an implicit "of current particle accelerators" after it. If it were talking about a larger

500 * Lack of reading the article = d(Erp)

True, but only because if the buyers got older, they'd be dead.

Came here for this, not leaving disappointed

Heck, I'd only need it long enough to build the car and make a hilarious video using it as the DD...then you could have that ugly beauty back :)
