I bought this game with a lot of skepticism, given that Super Metroid is one of my all-time favorites, and I didn’t like the idea of “americanizing” the franchise (which is what I assumed they were doing by making it a semi-first person shooter).

I’m a huge proponent of well-done motion controls (especially in first-person games), but if you have the choice, the first Metroid Prime should definitely be played on Gamecube.

Yey I always like hearing about pro gamer trans women. A friend and I went to PAX South this year and I was surprised how big of a presence it seemed there was of trans women, despite our relatively small percentage of the population.
