I used to be a critic of this type of thing, but now that I think about it, I do have some use out of it. It is interesting to see a quick “around the horn” type of article. Also, when it comes to reviews, I’m not going to go by one place anyway.

Kinda shocked that they didn’t do it this time around because they usually do.
I did too at first, but no, they had an actual channel again.
God that’s even worse.
I always said they shouldn’t have bothered with TV and just been online only. However now that I think about it, you’re absolutely right. There’s a ton of similar places like that and they would have to differentiate themselves from something like IGN.
Could we just call it extortion at this point?
This so much. Most of the twitter comments were fucking horrid.
Spirits Unleashed gets the superficial details right, but I’m not sure it has the depth I’m looking for in the truly great, hypothetical Ghostbusters game I’ve been dreaming of for almost 40 years.
The pro players are whining about it because it’s yet another thing to watch out for and they’re not used to it. Because heaven forbid we have anything that makes it relatively easier for newer players.
I watched Max play all weekend and he’s fine with it. Plus I’ve seen it countered A LOT. A few times on reaction.…
I mean, the article is “13 things I wish I knew”, so it’s going to be...you know...things that she wish she knew.
I think the problem is that Kotaku frames these articles as tips and such and sometimes they’re just exactly what they say on the tin.
I had absolutely no problems playing (aside from server issues) and I have cricket. Though I also had my number on my battle net account prior to all this so that might have played a part.
Wasn’t the artist already paid for the tattoo though? And forgive me if I sound naive, but when you tattoo someone, isn’t the expectation that it’s going to be seen? If the customer is a celebrity whose likeness will be in a video game, why would a tattoo artist feel entitled to compensation? It’s almost like they’re…
I saw this headline and I immediately thought “Wait...they can’t be talking about SummoningSalt could they?”
They say it was to deter piracy but it just ended up deterring everything.
Wait, they brought back Xplay?
They seriously don’t...just...wow. Just when you think they couldn’t get any shittier
I know. I saw someone had mentioned it further down. It’s a touching and beautiful tribute and it’s REALLY insane that THEY mention it and Kotaku doesn’t.
Like. If they want to make a big retrospective and all then sure. But at least MENTION it. It’s a really shitty look otherwise.
Hold up. What?? Holy fuck......
Oh you sweet summer child.....
A thought in his head doesn’t affect me, no. But when those thoughts and views are released in the fucking PATCH NOTES for all to see then...well we have a big fucking problem.
