I agree. Why is Samus considered “emotionless” but Master Chief and Doomguy are just fine? None of those characters ARE emotionless BTW, but Samus is somehow expected to show more? It just reeks of “Women should be more than badass”. And that’s pretty insulting

Also, that entire scene was different in the japanese. In the original, it’s the opposite. Adam is telling her to use the Varia but Samus doesn’t because she essentially wants to show off and “prove herself” to him or something like that. Which is honestly just as bad

And the amusing thing about it is that she WAS warm to him. When she relaxed her guard and when she reassured him that she would do what needed to be done.

This. The switch is mostly a complementary console you have one of the other consoles and a switch.

Not all of them. Some do. A scary amount are indifferent. And those that kill us usually use TERF rhetoric.

Honestly, with the exception of having to run some story required dungeons and trials, you could go at it with as little interaction with other people as possible.

However I will also say that the FFXIV is one of the most welcoming communities in an MMO. And if you say you’re new, most people are very accomodating.

I have no problem if people actually don’t like Fortnite. Again, I rarely play it myself.

Quite frankly, what’s the point of hating on Fortnite? If you don’t like it then fine. It’s not everyone’s cup of tea.
