Don’t give them ideas....oh god I can see that now......
Don’t give them ideas....oh god I can see that now......
How on earth can they possibly think this is a good idea? Watch it be split in seven parts and each one being like ten bucks....ugh....
The story was more or less a straight line, yeah, but you still had some room to explore. Especially once you got out of Midgar. XIII was straight up story story story. No real exploration until you got to Pulse. And even then it was “Wide open space, go hunt shit and grind”
For me it was X. It was the last one that felt “Final Fantasy”. XI was an MMO, XII was boring as hell, XIII was meh and XIV feels like FF, but it’s also an MMO.
This pretty much. You don’t get a refund or anything so actually permanently deleting them seems like a huge waste.
You mean when they made it over a decade ago? I think $10 would be the sweet spot. Though honestly I don’t see why they couldn’t just let it play the actual discs. It’s just an emulator
Exactly. Geoff’s probably like “Welp, not going to see Konami ever again so yeah. IDGAF”
It’s literally Geoff’s show. I’m sure he’s just as pissed as everyone else. And quite honestly, what’s Konami gonna do? Not attend the show in the future? Not really a big loss. Konami’s like the North Korea of the gaming world at this point. No one really likes them
Calling it. That’s exactly what will happen. And it couldn’t happen to a nicer company....
I honestly see nothing wrong with Super. There are some down episodes yeah, but every anime has those. Well actually, the ONLY thing I don’t like about Super is the theme song. Just not as catchy.
I actually have a PS2 still, but let’s say I didn’t (And actually had a PS4). Why would I go out and buy an old system if they can make the discs work with the PS4?
There is a shitload of Good PS2 games out there that haven’t been remastered. The old school wrestling games before the series went to shit. Final Fantasy XII, Spider-Man 2, etc
I thought Assassin’s Creed Multiplayer was different at the time. I haven’t played since AC3 though. But I agree with Single Player in CoD and Battlefield being mostly pointless. The stories aren’t terrible, but people mostly play for the multiplayer.
I can kinda agree with this. The Saturn kinda killed Sega but the Dreamcast was starting to make it relevant again. You had games like Sonic Adventure, Power Stone and the excellent Phantasy Star Online. Not to mention Arcade perfect versions of Marvel vs Capcom and MvC 2. It had a LOT of potential. But a lot of…
So in other words, there’s no real reason to have a story any more. It would be different if the game was structured around letting you pick your levels and there was a story reason for it. But it sounds to me this is “Meh, we’re letting people pick their levels and to hell with story.”
Flying cars cheat. I did that all the time. It was crazy.
If you don’t have a system, then sure. I meant if you already have a system then it would have to be freaking amazing to get people to upgrade. I had an original 360 and while I liked the slim, I didn’t see much of a reason to upgrade until mine completely broke.
I think $300 would be a nice price point. I’m talking more about people who think they’re going to drop the price by 100 this soon.
It’s my favorite out of the PSX games bar none. Though X was amazing. That was the last good one IMO.
lol. Are there actually people claming this?
