There is a massive difference between Amazon and Tesla. Amazon had no real online competition (still doesn’t). Amazon also became a conglomerate and entered other areas which contributed to it’s rise.
I think Tesla’s situation is about to get a whole lot worse when the likes of Mercedes, Audi, Lexus launch their wares.
