I mean, they were professional? Blacklists happen across the world of journalism, it has happened to kotaku’s sister site Jalopnik with car manufacturers before, and I’m sure to many different outlets. Kotaku writers need to understand that sometimes there are consequences for hitting the post button, instead of…
Underwhelming yes, but still an objectively “good” game...
Except the phone isn’t just for the VR, and the Galaxy phones are pretty damn good? Whereas all of the Oculus money is for the device itself not including a capable computer? Dat logic, also I doubt when they think console price they’re thinking $600, you’re just coming up with an argument out of thin air.
Well for one the Sony Vr is going to be priced as a console, and the PS4 and Xbox One are both $350, almost half the price of the oculus, and the samsung gear vr is about $100 currently (and runs on oculus software lol).
Not a laptop, an ultrabook. Not meant for power, it is meant for convenience, hence the Razer Core for when you want power.
It may be cutting edge but there are already many other competitors about to step up to the plate with much cheaper hardware. The rift isn’t even the best VR that’s coming soon. Rather wait for the Vive to come out which was across the board been regarded as the best current vr experience.
Cost of a new console does not equal $600 lol
Kind of a different situation, and I feel like we need to look at circumstance of the situation. The “Black Sox” threw the World Goddamn Series, which would be like throwing the final at Dreamhack or MLG Colombus, which would be fucking insane. iBP threw a meaningless exhibition game that didn’t matter for season…
Lol fair enough
It’s funny how your response is to be a dick as if i’m insulting you somehow by saying a large corporation could afford a few video clips of some NCAA game. Please tell me why you are so upset, is something wrong in your life?
I wonder if MLG will still put on CS:GO events in the future. I know the upcoming major is still going ahead as planned but it seems like ESL is taking over competitive CS especially after this move by Activision. I was hopeful for some well run MLG tourneys too :/
MLG is hosting a CS:GO tourney in april I believe, and it’s a major with huge prize money. Way more interesting than HotS and CoD
Lol what? You realize that Gawker Media is a pretty goddamn big corporation? They for sure can afford a few 30 second clips lol.
I feel like they could just contact say the NCAA and ask for permission to use a video clip of the English broadcast, doesn’t seem like it would be too hard. Especially considering that Deadspin is a fairly large news outlet, and its parent company is huge.
To be fair as an English based site it would be nice to hear the call in English for once instead of Russian or Spanish lol
I wonder if this crazy bitch knows that Tannehill is getting hit almost every play cause of the phins sorry o-line. Also apparently before yesterdays game Tannehill was pissing blood and still went out there and played to fucking win. Fuck man I’m a Jets fan and hate the Dolphins as much as the next guy, but it’s not…
What? The patriots elected to kick the ball what are you talking about. He said “We want to kick off, that way”. Very clearly stated dude.
A bar reserves the right to refuse entrance to literally anyone. Also If I owned a bar I don’t want some bloodied up people coming in at closing, fuck that man, liability is a thing.
Aim assist because controllers don’t have the best movement accuracy I know, but this is something that prevents it from being competitive to me, idk. Say if someone using a mouse and keyboard was to play against them, the game would not go well for the people using controllers. I just don’t understand why competitive…
