The first episode of Yuri on Ice was surprisingly good. The main character is likable, it may be hetero, the setting is interesting, the jokes are funny, the feels are nice, and the animation is excellent. Hopefully the rest of the episodes live up to the start and it doesn’t devolve into a gayfest (not that there’s

I have to admit, my first thought before reading the description was, “Wow, they’ve stopped beating around the bush these days huh?”

You might want to read up a bit on DX12. The whole point of DX12 is to improve performance, especially for low-end and mid-end computers. It will make “console-like” performance possible on computers, just like AMDs Mantle technology, but push the concept further, with even bigger performance gains.

Modders deserve to be paid for their work.

If this patch helps shave off like 10 minutes from average games that would actually really make me happy.

Really Excited to pay 30.00 for a mod pack when Skyrim itself is 5.00 this weekend.

no, it doesn’t. just because a mod is being sold doesn’t mean it’s good. this is the problem people had with Steam Greenlight and that same problem will happen here as well.

Doesn’t have to be the case. It could just as easily result in people making utter crap and let money roll in. In fact, by adding monetary incentive, it might just push passion out the window, and we get the next Steam Greenlight: shovelware after shovelware of mysteriously up-voted bad games/mods that wind up being

i wrote a fanfiction based on Twilight as well i should get paid too. oh wait someone already got paid for it. you know what’s the difference? that one got turned into a book named 50 Shades of Grey. turn your mod into a game, like the Stanley parable, i will totally pay, otherwise i will only donate those i like. i

As a game designer myself I see it as plagarism. I know some mods are amazing butmy question is this: If you have so much talent why not make your own game or work for one?

I appreciate that modders are devs too, and some of them do some really good stuff, but they aren’t making full-on games. I just can’t give money for mods alone.

This list needs to have one MMO mouse on it, and this year it really should be the Logitech G600—not the Razer Naga, despite it being a fine mouse. The difference is build quality. Think about the biggest upgrade in the Naga 2014, a widely beloved gaming mouse: the four rows of slanted, easy to navigate thumb

Logitech G600 imo. More buttons than you'd ever need, their software works great (zero problems), easy mapping, and comfortable for smaller hands.
