You forgot the problem every ‘90s Toyota has. Oil leaks. Rear main and Oil pan will leak like the Exxon Valdez if you don’t replace them. They will run former like this though if you don’t get to it quickly.

PA is one of those states that has no problem dissolving your car with salt to keep the roads clear. That is where the Lexus came from. I will not buy a car that spent time in a salt state for the reason as shown in the underbody pic. Cars die horrible deaths in salt states.
