No. Women do not "get away" with hitting a man. They run the very real risk of getting killed, or at least getting the shit beat out of them.

Do you think women all just run and call the cops for a slap across the face? After the shit that's happened to me (2 assaults by a guy who is nearly twice my size, almost broke my nose the second time) I could easily shrug off a slap.
