On a regular basis I only use Mail, Reeder, Tweetbot, Facebook and Safari. Sometimes I play a random game, but the 5 I listed are the only ones that get touched multiple times per day.

Last I read he had 3 beers and 3 shots in 4 hours. And I highly doubt he weighed as little as 180. He looks more like 200 or 210.

You realize that's number of drinks per hour, right? He most likely didn't have all 6 drinks in 1 hour....

Nobody is saying that drunk driving isn't stupid. It's not like Ebert offended Dunn, he's dead. It's about his family. Whether he deserves it or not, his family and friends most certainly do not.

He's a victim of the stupid decision to drive 110+ while intoxicated. I'm not saying he's not responsible.

I disagree. IF it comes back that he was drunk, he was a victim of a stupid decision. And this is besides the point. Whether or not it was stupid is moot. Ebert was the ultimate dick by making a joke out of the situation. He was still a person, and people are still mourning his loss.
