The Audi A2 made extensive use of Aluminum (sup F-150) extremely fuel efficient (the Prius and similar hybrids have a similar shape) and an all around tiny and thrifty package from a luxury automaker circa 1999-2000-ish (Merc and now BMW are getting in on this, and Cadillac fiddled with the concept a few years ago.)

I would rather have physical buttons instead of a touch screen. There is just something satisfying about pressing a button and getting that nice tactile click response.
