A deferred deal generally means the person must not commit any other crimes for a period of time before the charge is expunged. His lawyer is spinning this as an exoneration, which it is not.

I tend to agree, however this interview did take the edge off my disdain. I love Dax and when I saw she was this week’s guest I cringed, but gave it a chance. They even discuss that she is triggering and she seems to get it.
