You absolutely could, but I am not a huge fan of the Forester’s styling. I think the Crosstrek with the 2.0t would be a much more appealing package.

Totally agree. I love the styling but even my mother passed on it because of the anemic engine. Forget the ancient STi motor just give us a Crosstrek with the WRX motor, 268hp would be perfect for this car.

Its not about flooring it, its about not having to floor it and still be able to pull out into traffic easily. I would rather use half throttle in my ATS and pull out at the same speed as a Crosstrek flooring it.

Very cool car! They are great GT cars. Some day when I don’t need 4 doors I will get one of these. I won’t get it to do autox. I wont get it to lap the nurburgring. I wont get it to “beat” Mustangs/Camaros. I will get it because its cool and fuck you.

It is a much older platform so they can throw more incentives on the hood and still make more than Ford or Chevy is with their cars at MSRP.
