Rowing has prepped his entire upper body for the upcoming war. Can’t run very far though.

That smash cut straight to the dude tearing into that pie firmly makes me believe that GoT wants to make us all hate food. Especially on the heels of the Soups and Poops montage of last week.

The Nymeria thing was explained after the episode. “That’s not you” was a call-back to the first season, when Arya said to Ned, “That’s not me” about wearing dresses and being girly. She was acknowledging that going back to Winterfell to be Arya’s buddy/pet isn’t right for Nymeria.
