Sorry, but no. You are trying to change the definition of the word "unique" to fit your needs even though many suitable words already exist in the English language. The girl in your example could be considered special, extraordinary, unusual.

Unique means that something is one of a kind. A movie cannot be more one of a kind than another one of kind film. You need to choose a different adjective.

This is one of my biggest grammar pet peeves. You can't qualify an absolute adjective! I cringe every time I hear someone say "very unique".
