I wish I’d been awake for the hearing, but I’m in Hawaii, so I was asleep. I did, however, see Ryan’s statement a little while ago. Seriously, GOP, the best you can do is to say that Trump’s so stupid and ignorant and new that his obstruction of justice was just an accident? A little oopsie? No big deal?

Pfft, it’s more like Trump has the anti-Midas touch after going bankrupt six times. Trump’s only “skills” lie in scamming, conning, and grifting; and he corrupts literally everything he touches, including any charities that his kids start.

Mayor Khan is everything that Trump isn’t. He’s a well-spoken, calm leader and strikes me as a classy, compassionate, upstanding guy with street smarts. I watched an interview with him a while back and liked him quite a bit.
