And so good at his job and as instrumental to the final solution as Himmler that the Nazis named the most deadly phase of the Holocaust after him. A right fuck-stick.

After his subsequent performances, Renner strikes me as one of those actors who hit it big with one great film/performance (The Hurt Locker) that was a perfect match for his acting style and personality, and hasn't shown that he has much range beyond that since. I liked him just fine in The Town, but other than that I…
Brian Cox was also a keyboardist for D:Ream. OK, so it's not exactly Brian May level, but it's still neat.
Nooo, they should have called it Now You Don't.
I second this. Dark City is brilliant. I wish there were more sci-fi film noir movies.
The whole opening narration was a massive spoiler. Doesn't ruin the film or anything, but the director's cut is the way to go.
Dark City is one of my favourite films, and I even enjoy Knowing for some weird reason. But this? Uhhhh….
This is what pissed me off the most. Who the hell cares about a child Anakin? The prequels should have essentially just been RoTS completely rewritten and split over two films, and then a third with Vader being super evil and bridging the gap between it and a New Hope.
Except I think Licence is a pretty good generic 80s action movie. Too nasty, but still pretty exciting. Same goes for Die Hard 3, which is still the best Die Hard sequel, even if it started out as a non-Die Hard script.
At least it looks like Mute is getting made, so that's something.
John Carter, anyone?
I like the story in the Temple of Doom making-of, where they got a bunch of engineers in from a nearby dam to build the climactic rope bridge over a real ravine, and then proceeded to blow it up for when Indy cuts the supports. They only had one shot at it, and it worked.
I would amend that to Tracy + Vesper > all other Bond girls, but ok.
It's a decent epilogue to Casino (mainly for the last scene), I just wish they got a director who didn't have Parkinsons.
KD Lang's "Surrender" from Tomorrow Never Dies is a pretty good Goldfinger riff. Baffling that they moved it to the end credits and replaced the main title with something less good (was it Tina Turner?).
Pussy Galore however, well, that's just fine, completely normal.
Yes. All I remember about it was that Kristen Bell was in it.
Trouble is, Spielberg has said he's not doing cartoon Nazis anymore. So not going to happen :( A shame, because that sounds cool.
Tell that to Gizmo.
Scream is easily one of the defining horror films of the past two decades. It completely changed the landscape for a certain type of horror film for one, and invented a new one while it was at it. Without Scream there would be no Cabin in the Woods, clearly.
