Sure I did.
Sure I did.
The fact that you reduced Prince's entire 30+ album catalog to a greatest hits collection to prove a point you don't have is really stupid. Bold but stupid.
K.
A mediocre artist who you took time out of your mediocre life to comment on. Sure. But you can keep voting me down to make yourself feel better about your own mediocrity.
Not that "Born Free" didn't sample—and dare I say improve on—Suicide's classic "Ghost Rider" or anything. But yeah, that's not a song. Right.
Let me know when you stop trying too hard.
*rolls eyes*
This is much less clever than you think.
Nothing wrong. This person just doesn't suffer from groupthink like someone else apparently does… Not to mention Diplo doesn't produce a single track on Matangi. If you're going to talk shit, know shit first.
Agreed. Maya is a prime example of organized chaos. Its incendiary sound is dense but not impenetrable. Harsh but not unlistenable. It's also extremely purposeful and incisive—a potent distillation of society's over-reliance on technological conveniences and the ubiquity of Internet culture.
Nine Types of Light is definitely their most accessible album. It is also their least immediate. And, for my money, their best.
