I still don’t understand how the DataTraveler is being voted one of the best. Form factor aside, it has one of the worst “USB 3” (I use that term lightly) speeds at 15MB/s write!

I can’t speak to its ability/functionality, but “Keep” is the absolute worst name for a note app.

100MB/s read, 15MB/s write are good USB 3 speeds?

I hate all these USB drives that are advertised as USB 3 drives, but barely surpass (and are sometimes slower than) USB 2.0 drives. Pure crappy marketing (or good marketing depending on how you look at it)

I love the idea of these. One problem I noticed is that the older USB 2 model gets super hot when being used.

I’m curious where people keep/store their battery backups. I thought maybe at the office, but there are computers and plugs everywhere, then I thought I’d put it in the glovebox of my car, but I have a cigarette lighter usb charger there as well. Then I thought my pocket, but it’s way too big/heavy to carry that

Oh thank god! Based on the seriously misleading title, I thought this was going to be an article about how to do your own dental surgery!

I was about the say the same thing. A lot of the “What to say” suggestions are not much better and if the person is going to get offended by the original statement, there’s not much you can say that won’t offend them.

This is exactly what I assumed, but it’s good to see the numbers behind it. Sure upgrading every 3 years may be the cheapest on your wallet, but the difference between upgrading every 3 years and every year is negligible considering the amount of money you’re spending.

This is not bad advice. I often feel good buying small random gadgets from places like DX a little bit at a time. It sounds stupid, but a little $5 gadget (or whatever) coming in the mail every few weeks will make me happy.

are those picture frames empty with the stock ikea inserts? lol

Soooo we have to pay $4 to downgrade our hi def video that we paid a lot of money for??

I know this post is about DEALS, (and not trying to sound like an infomercial) but I just bought a Catalyst Waterproof case for my iPhone 6+ because I was going on vacation and didn’t want to worry about it getting wet. I paid a hefty $70 + shipping on it (I know, it’s a lot), but I have to say, it was well worth it

I’ve been using www.moreflicks.com to check if a movie/tv show I want to watch is available one one of the providers I’m subscribed to, but I like the idea of being notified of movies I like to watch and also like the app because it’s faster than a web page.

This is really interesting, but I still can’t see how they make any substantial money.

Discretely????? Except for the cables jutting out going every different direction.

(or if you prefer to save a little by paying in bulk, $49.99/year)

Is there a limit to the amount you can send with a free account?

This is the stupidest reply ever. So you’re saying the question is used to filter out people who try to get around admittedly stupid/cliche question with a coy answer?!?!

This worked for me :) Was able to get my playlists. Thanks LEGEND-WaitForIt-DARY
