I just started running and this is exactly what I did instinctively. I didn’t push myself running. As soon as I got tired, I slowed down and walked. It was usually about a minute of walking and about 30 seconds of running and alternating as I felt my body could handle.

I think it's best to stick to the "eat in moderation". Use common sense. Don't have a plateful of bacon in one sitting. Or an entire McCains cake. Have a little bit of everything and it's ok to indulge in sweets/tasty foods as long as you're not gorging on them regularly.

You are correct. I did some searching and can no longer find the old setup file anywhere on the internet. I did however still have a copy of the setup files a couple of the free versions sitting on my computer still :)

I wrote this post in 2012. At that time, they offered a free version. They no longer offer a free version and only have a 30-day trial as you mentioned. The last free version is v4.2. If you can get your hands on that version, it's totally free. I'm sure it can be found somewhere on the internet ;)

Using www.freephoneline.ca in canada. Been using it for free since 2008. No problems at all! Also it allows you to use it for 911. You have to enter the address where the phone will be used..

What you're describing could be a problem with a corrupt SD card. I had the same problem on my more recent Model B (512MB) as well. if you're using it as something OTHER than a PC. I run RasPlex on it which I don't need a keyboard/mouse for. No ethernet is not favourable for that purpose for me, but there are TONS of uses of a raspberry pi other than a simple pc.
