That always been his appeal, at least to me. New Jersey's a very strange place, and there is a lot of diverse humor that can be wrung out of it. IMO he lost his Jersey-ness around the time of Jay and Silent Bob Strikes Back, yet another reason why Jersey Girl fell so flat.
