This is so dangerous. Once someone from the administration says something, it becomes fact to a certain group of people. I think it’s more about keeping our own heads on straight. Having been in relationships that were gaslight-y, one of the most basic things you can do is remind yourself that yes, what you are experiencing is real and no, it’s not okay.

At this point doesn’t everyone already know. His detractors hate him for it and his supporters love him for it. They wanted to fuck over the liberals and “PC culture”.

If nothing else I hope this puts paid to the lie that real checks and balances exist, especially for the POTUS. Far too much is tradition or convention which is perfectly fine for sane people.
