It’s hard to be sympathetic to those who are both unsympathetic and unreasonable.

A speaker at a college campus should meet with protest if they’re propagandists whose work is not academically or scientifically rigorous in addition to being objectionable within the culture of the institution or the student body.
Fight the good fight. Just don’t steal my paid speaking gigs. ;)
“Making government pay for healthcare” as you describe is at best an unfair simplification and more accurately a misrepresentation of what a single-payer model will do.
I think we use valid when sometimes we mean sound.
News has always been primarily about being first, with a bias toward the sensational. And it’s that way because that’s what gets the eyeballs and makes the money.
Now my neck hurts.
Once a week gives it the distance to see the forest for the trees.
It’s a game to them and not part of a broader agenda only to the extent that discrediting the mainstream media is something 45 is ambivalent about.
You better watch Interstellar before someone ruins your first impression. I don’t even want to say why you should because that might spoil it.

The Bolt is a stopgap, a mostly-subcontracted effort that lets them post FIRST in the comments section, pick up some of Tesla’s excess Model 3 demand, and have something to satisfy CARB, without…
The 500e only exists to satisfy a CARB mandate.
The Bolt is garbage because it looks like a penalty box. Nobody in the US aspires to a B-segment hatch. GM foolishly chose to maximize range instead of building a vehicle that non-weirdos would actually want to be seen in.
There are only so many people who will buy an electric vehicle that can’t drive to grandma’s house. I don’t think there’s any level of tax credits on the vehicles that will prompt the market to build a useful charging network itself. Tesla is not a good example because we know Elon Musk is not acting like a typical…
It may be that government will need to supplement market forces to get adequate charging infrastructure established. As for electric vehicle tax credits, consider that the electric vehicle subsidies taper off after 200,000 vehicles per manufacturer, and no manufacturer has hit that threshold yet. Meanwhile, over 17…
