What’s the media’s bias here?

If you’re leaning towards something minor blown out of proportion because the media is giving it a lot of attention, how do you tell when something’s actually major?

Starting an investigation? It’s a 25-page summary of assessments by all the relevant agencies. Seems to me they’ve been investigating. 

I didn’t mean to chide. You’ve gotta take care of the family. And uprooting them and leaving your community isn’t easy, even if the breadwinners have in-demand skills and a healthy rainy-day fund. Those of us already in blue states can’t forget that, or the the people stuck where they are.
