How are they dying? They’ve gotten stronger in the last eight years. They control 31 state legislatures. It takes 38 states to ratify Amendments. Seven states that they don’t already control have shifted right since 2010. They’ve proven that obstinance works to advance their long game.

Honor the conservative interpretation of the Constitution, until such time as they control 38 states and can Amend it to make that interpretation explicit. It’s what the founding religious white slave-owning fathers would have wanted for them.
