Deus Ex never had a huge open world. Even the very first game “only” had rather large hubs, which were split into several maps. There is just enough stuff to do there, but nothing overwhelming, and you never get lost.

Easy way to fix this: get neither. MGSV has its reviews and they all say it’s a solid game that has no bugs (not even framerate drops, which is weird because the game’s open world and 60 FPS), but we haven’t got any reviews for Mad Max yet. Wait for that. If Mad Max ends up being shit, you can get MGS. If not, then…

I played both. As much as I loved DA:I, I think playing it after Witcher 3 would feel like a step back.

I’m actually happy with this, sometimes they take way too long between updates and people lose interest. I think that this will be substantial and that they where working on it at the same time as Descent with the idea of finishing off the series strong... At least I hope so, they still have some political capital…

The Inquisitor seems pretty pissed this time around. Not sure I’d be all that surprised if the Inquisitor became a villain in the fourth game. Which would actually be kinda cool to have a villain created based on your past choices.

The words “DLC” and “expansion” are pretty interchangeable nowadays. The expansions for the various Fallout and Mass Effect games are always called DLC, even though they might as well be full-fledged expansions.

I just beat the campaign and feel betrayed by Solas. So now I want to get my revenge haha
