So did Dale Sr. (himself)

Eventually some league will move to movie theater pricing for an individual team and that will be the upset of the system.—you wanna watch the Jets game? $10 seems pretty reasonable to me.

The left side is your typical mix of proper race cars.—-different classes moving fast. The right hand side are F1 cars—-compare the two speeds, the F1 cars make normal race cars look like they are standing still.

Turn? Don’t you mean ‘corner’—-this isn’t NASCAR. #gawkereditor

except none of top level writers for Jalopnik know anything about wrenching anymore. Raph? Mike? at least Steph drives in low buck racing sometimes. (not you Tom, I enjoy reading your advice)

Are there any likable pro athletes in any sport anymore? Once they became personal brands, it’s all over.

Any 911 but since people are going with off roaders, this one:

In the early 911 world people whine that the LWB cars (post ‘68) aren’t as pure as the earlier short wheel base cars. And the 356 guys think the 911 is too big.......

Meh. I’ve been in Baltimore for 15 years now and have seen a steady increase in interest in the O’s. People wearing the clothes, the news covering it a bit more, etc. And arrogant? please. There are certainly some bro fans but that’s true of any MLB team i’ve ever seen—-Cleveland, Chicago and of course the BoSox.

‘and in this case a country that was formally a dire enemy of the United States.’ even Kinja recognizes that it should be ‘formerly’ and not ‘formally.’

Is there actually a difference between a reality show persona and the real person? That is the $125 million (and counting) dollar question.

Are there any writers left that actually know anything about cars? Raph’s Beetle stories are entertaining, but there is a huge gap in his (lack of) knowledge and Murilee Martin’s crappy car adventures. Steph has the enthusiasm, but not the experience. Hopefully the access she’s getting from some sponsors lets her

I’m confused, are you saying that the dancers were hired by a completely normal genetic/biological mechanism?
