I would be okay with the higher price. 95% of the time I’m flying for work, and they’ll only pay for the cheap seats. If the price goes up, well, they’re still going to pay for it.

The First Amendment does not mean there are no consequences for your speech; it means there are no consequences from the government for your speech. This... is definitely a consequence from the government.
(Yes, as written it only covers the federal government, but the Fourteenth Amendment applies that to states, and…
Step 1 is “rewrite the Constitution”. Which... you’re unlikely to get any consensus on anytime soon.
The 14th is de facto repealed already.
The Fourteenth Amendment says that “nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law.” Yet we have the majority of states in the US doing just that. There’s no guarantee that the prior case law you cite is going to hold.
Pledge at the $1 tier now, and then make your real pledge in the pledge manager later.
$21.3 million in total compensation in 2018, yes, but only $2.1 million of that was salary. The rest was either a cash bonus (which is hopefully on the chopping block too, but regardless is outside the scope of the current salary discussion) or stock (which is free for GM to give out).
If both values are known, pick the lower of the two, rather than the more recent.
Someone who wants 2% back on Apple Pay payments instead of 1% from Amex Blue. (I don’t know if their fee-based cards offer a similar percentage back, but, well, they’re fee-based.)
It’s up to $1.50 now.
Hadn’t heard about that for AC, just Doom. How many customers actually knew about that and were able to take advantage?
Why would governments do this for no reason? What benefit does it give them other than ruining their economies.
What Animal Crossing sales? It came out today. This article was released at 1o:50 AM local time. That’s at best three hours of sales, probably less.
If he keeps saying “not under consideration” then implements one, that will nuke his ability to get reelected.
PS1 would have been realistic - I mean, they run on the Vita.
I was actually hoping that it *would* make it obsolete. I already have five different consoles in my entertainment center. I was hoping to swap the next gen for their current counterparts. Sounds like I can do that with Xbox but would need to find room for three PlayStations instead of just two.
I can’t find any evidence that it was actually announced as a GameCube exclusive. Your version of that trailer cuts out the platform listings, but other versions of it show all three platforms.
Any PSP game made available through PSN can be played on Vita. I don’t know why you say they refused “to port even one psp game to vita”.
Good questions. Irrelevant on an article about misbehavior by city officials, not federal.
It’s possible we might see more, especially for the OG Xbox as you said; but until it’s announced I wouldn’t suggest counting on it.
