Between Doctor Who, Orphan Black, and the TNG reruns, it seemed like they were trying to become the new Sci-Fi Channel. (Especially since Syfy had stopped commissioning dramas at that point.)

Yeah, but back then they also printed stuff onto the bricks. It seems like all of the surface details nowadays are just stickers. :(
TFA isn’t enough - they generally try to do 3+ movies per game. So I’m thinking either 2017 (TFA, Rogue One, Episode 8) or 2019 (TFA, Episode 8, Episode 9) is when we’ll see it.
I wish the games had a second Hugo instead of Flynn (who he’s almost certainly referring to). :-P Patrick Warburton does “condescending self-absorbed asshole” a little too well—!
The second “Hugo” is supposed to be “Flynn”.
Actually, the other one is an 8 GB version.
I thought I did. It’s also been twelve years since the game came out. :-P
KOTOR had the Star Forge; no Starkiller reference there.
The Sun Crusher destroyed the target system’s sun, from within the same system. The Galaxy Gun destroyed planets from across the galaxy with a projectile.
A closer analogy for the Starkiller would be the Galaxy Gun from the Dark Empire trilogy of comics.
Now, now, it’s not a complete remake, they cribbed generously from ROTJ too.
For that matter, of those five last-gen R&C games, two of them were pretty experimental in and of themselves.
While I agree that nobody says just “BBC”, I don’t think the acronym implies a leading “the”. Other similarly-named corporations, like American Motors Corporation, don’t get “the” in front of them; it’s just “AMC”.
You don’t need to buy a new portal each year for Skylanders. Many, sure, but there’s been two years that you could skip (Giants and Superchargers) if you had an old portal.
In Skylanders the figures you have and choose to use change how the game is played. In SSB you can get the same experience by just turning on an AI player.
Ryon. I chose to go after Ludd instead, so I expected him to end up dead.
See, it ended on a higher note than I expected. One person survived who I really thought was going to be dead.
Really? I swear on 360 I had to install it from the second disc.
Weird. That doesn’t work for Mass Effect.
Umm. My LE has a disc. Maybe it’s regional - the US gets discs but somewhere else doesn’t?
