@lowtolerance: Actually, in my experience, Cyanogen's app2sd *has* worked on 100% of that apps I've tried it on, which include every app that I ever ran on my G1 (even the built in ones).

@All Your Base Are Belong To Us: So far as I can tell, that's not possible. If you're on Verizon's mobile network, you're going to have to use their DNS. Not being on Verizon's network (on wifi, possibly) makes what I just explained not affect you.

@legweak: Verizon reroutes all requests on their network through their own DNS server so that they can track your data usage (for billing). since it says 'low speed turbines' I don't think there's going to be much slicing and dicing going on. I'd say they'd spin at like, 60 rpm? Not fast enough to do more than bruise.
