Yeah, move the decimal point a couple places. $150k should be more than enough to cover the cost of his bike, hospital visit/x-rays/bone setting/casts, and enough left to cover work leave for 2-3 months during recovery. $15m is ridiculous.

WV and Ohio do. Maryland, New Jersey and New York all have “May-Issue” (effectively No-Issue) systems and do not recognize any other state’s license/permit, and indeed will even arrest off duty LEOs from other states carrying under the federal LEOSA.
