Economy is relative.

Camaro owner: “Why didn’t you get a V8?”
I, as an expat living in the US, don’t get the general hatred of hatchbacks.
While men are very quick to make gay jokes about the little roadsters, that old Z3 is the only car I’ve ever owned where a woman I don’t know has started a conversation with me specifically because they liked my car and it happened multiple times.
I find that attitude bizarre.
I do believe your rendition probably isn’t all that far off from the truth.
Reykjavik might have delayed things, but I don’t believe it would have prevented us from living in a world where some maniac like Kim Jong Un has his finger on the button.
His follow up on the first hydrogen bomb, “Dark Sun” is also supposed to be very good, but I haven’t read it.
Also worth noting that the Tsar Bomba mentioned in the article is one of the closest to “pure” fusion devices ever detonated: something like 97% of the yield came from the fusion stage.
... a bit like Douglas Adams’ quote in the Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy how anyone capable of getting themselves elected President (of the Galaxy) should on no account be allowed to do the job.
I drive a Jag X-Type, which is full-time AWD, and I literally ditched the car in my neighborhood because it was that worthless in the snow on summer tires.
But some winter tires cant handle warm temps, and some summer tire cant handle cool temps, both work great 3/12 months, but those middle months is very dangerous or damaging unless you get the right sets.
What the neighbor does never bothers me. They don’t mow their lawn, and paint is peeling. So what. Got to know them, and they are nice people. I am plenty grateful we have working hot water and a warm house to come home to.
Also, HOAs can absolutely be a detriment to your sale.
... I told her in no uncertain terms what a terrible person she was for being so careless of other people’s vehicles.
I know it will be auto-only, but turbo-4 AWD Mazda 6?
I’m not someone with the expertise to reduce the death rates of a country. Neither are you, apparently. So no, like you, I don’t have a better idea.
You mean 4WD pickup trucks can’t actually do all the off-roading things you see in the car commercials on TV?
Ah, yes, there’s the rub; “countries with low death rates are doing something right to keep their roads safer.” You seem to think that the main factor is driver education.
How does one train for car control? How do you propose the US teaches for car control?
