I agree about that being one of many great moments in The Witcher 3. I’m not sure if I have an absolute favourite, but I’d definitely give props to the DLC quest when Geralt goes to a wedding while possessed.

In many more words than I would have used, this post just about sums up how I feel about the PS4 this year. The release of Trails of Cold Steel III alone means that I liked the PS4's output more this year than last year’s.

As someone who view Final Fantasy XV as one of the worst games in the series, I can’t say I agree about the ending. To me, the ending was bad because the rest of the game was bad, and I didn’t like or care about any of the cast members (especially Lunafreya). The only positive about the ending was it meant the game

I see that I did post on this article two years ago, saying that I think Chrono Cross is both a good sequel and a game. I also mentioned my two complaints: the stupidly high number of characters and the plot unraveling near the end.

I’ll add a bit on the sequel aspect. I think many reject Chrono Cross as a sequel since

Hey, it’s good if you like the first game that much. Personally, I wouldn’t say I’m the biggest fan of the Suikoden series, as the only Suikoden game I really love (or played more than once) is the second.

I played the first Suikoden before the sequel, and Suikoden II basically addressed every single problem I had with the previous game. Suikoden II is on my list of sequels that so thoroughly improve upon the previous games that it’s hard to go back to the earlier entries.

I like Suikoden a fair bit, but it has two major flaws:

1. Its inventory system is pure garbage. Suikoden has no excuse, either, since there are games on the NES and SNES with way better item management. While Konami made the right call when it came to characters levelling up quickly, they completely dropped the ball

Always glad to see Peter here!

As for Final Fantasy XV, I can’t say I’ve had any good dreams about my least-favourite game I’ve played this decade.

I’d take Yakuza over Final Fantasy XV any time.

I’m glad to see Trails of Cold Steel 3 here.

I’ve always liked it, although I think DKC2 looks much better. I did have a similar experience with N64 games, as I never thought their 3D looked very impressive (I remember thinking that Super Mario 64 looked worse when it was new than Donkey Kong Country and Super Mario RPG).

Personally, I thought Adora vs Glimmer was the weakest part of the season. I’m cool with them ending the season as not friends, but their arguments with each other got tiresome after hearing them say the same things over and over again for ten straight episodes.

Also, since when were Kyle and Rogelio supposed to be a

I can’t say I care much for the month. There wasn’t any games released that I really loved, although I like Metal Gear Solid 3 a fair bit. I think it’s worth noting that Metal Gear Solid 3: Subsistence, which is a substantially better version, came out a year later, though. In any case, I’d take a month that had only

I’m pretty hyped for the game, although I’m not sure if I’ll have played Yakuza 0 through 6 before this game comes out. That said, there’s no way I’ll buy this day one. Not buying games on the day of release is the norm for me, as I’m quite happy to wait a year or two to play a game if it means I can buy it for 50% or

I sit for almost the entire flight, and I want to stand as soon as it lands to stretch out my legs. Standing is how I relax after the flight. I can’t say I care about other people standing after a plane lands, whether I’m standing up or sitting down. On flights, the people who bother me are those sitting in front of

Seriously, it cannot be mentioned enough that the player’s skill is so much more important than the player’s choice of character. I just play as characters I like. It doesn’t matter if I pick a top-tier player and play against a pro using the worst character in the game--I would still be destroyed.

Cole threw a stinker in Game 1, and the voters will think that Cole wasn’t that essential in Game 5 since his teammates supported him 7 runs. Cole will need to appear in Game 7 on short rest and pitch lights-out in order to win the MVP at this point (and the Astros could very well win tomorrow night to make this

I meant that everyone picking the Astros as favourites for this year’s World Series made me remember the 2012 World Series, although I’m hoping you understood as much and are just messing with me.

I’m okay with David Bowie for number one and basically disagree strongly with everything else about this list. I’m guessing that Bowie might have benefited from a staff list, since he may not be everybody’s first pick (he’s probably two or three for me) but is generally likeable.

I remembered the 2012 World Series, when my Giants swept the favoured Tigers, after everybody was predicting an overwhelming Astros victory. And that World Series is far from the only one where the underdog team defeated a superior team. My takeaway about MLB’s postseason is that a team only has to make the playoffs,
