Well I think this is the end of the discussion. You are attempting to re-educate me on something that I nave already done quite a bit of reading on, yet do not have an overall position on.

I can’t just come out and say that “x people are wrong” when I know how obesity and other metabolic disorders are being treated at

It could be that this discussion is muddled in literalisms, but what I am trying to say here is that there are people that argue that a caloric deficit in terms of what you consume is completely unnecessary in terms of weight loss.

Those individuals argue instead that certain types of food energies generate unique

And what I am saying is that this is almost certainly demonstrably false. It is, however, nearly impossible to test thoroughly and account for all the variables. Plenty of researchers have moved on from calorie-in/calorie-out. Duke is actually doing quite a bit of work in this area.

It also more-or-less ignores that

This looks more like an Aronofsky mashup.

I just thought I’d come here and support your claim. I wanted to improve my blood tests so I did some research and tried carb restriction based on Dr. Eric Westman’s guidelines. My wife joined me.

The effects our bodies from the low-carb diet (less than 20 grams) was nearly immediate and a bit amazing. We were never

Well this is a bit of an oversimplification and probably not true. Fats and carbohydrates are certainly processed differently by the human body. Actually, many carbohydrates are processed in widely different ways such as fructose and sucrose.

But nothing I read above refutes what I still think is a simple truth; if you eat less and exercise more you will tend to gain less/lose more.

There is some research out there that refutes this, but a lot of of it may rely on how you define less and more. Do you simple mean less calories, because that is not the case.

Also, no, calories still matter.

While fewer people caring about this ultimately meaningless, predominantly white prestige award would also be a great solution...

I can relate. Back when my friends and I were watching NG:E on VHS (ADV!), we had accidentally purchased one in Japanese. It was a bit jarring.

How quaint to have a conversation about the legitimacy of issues in the comments’ section of a video game news blog.

Don’t forget the Tick.

Not a regular consumer of Japanese media, are you?

I’m still waiting to seele when this will really come out.

I just wanted to let you know that you are right to be confused, so ignore the other posters.

Are you living in Osaka City, or outside somewhere?

What I want to know is if Ashcraft was in Japan during the last endaka and eating nihyaku big macs all the time.

I have a feeling that everyone here is being trolled. I know a few groups like this that only exist as a sort of fraternity. These people just get together and drink every year and the popularize their group through this outlandish message, but they don’t actually believe it.

In some ways, I feel fortunate for having to look up who this guy is.
