These bikes are amazing if you want enough torque at idle to climb a 45 degree grade and dont care that it’s 0 to 60 time is...yes...ish. The problem is so few were made for the military that they command a premium simply for how rare they are. They had a claimed range of around 600 miles on a tank if I remember

We just got our Sienna with (what I assume) is a very similar drive train. It is smooth and efficient as a whole but still catches me off guard when the motor starts. It isn’t quiet or even what I’d call refined. It is just kinda...noisy and sounds unbalanced. It reminds me of a lawn tractor on the transition from

For...arresting criminal assholes? This dude is a huge sack of shit and you are choosing “mah freedums” being more important then anyone elses?  Weird hill to die on dude...

Or...and hear me out here....arrest the piece of shit for illegal modifications, reckless driving, reckless endangerment, exhibition of speed, racing on a public road, violation of noise ordinances....I mean the list goes on and on and on....go to jail, lose car to impound... Why are we not doing this?  If only there

Counter-argument: our Toyota minivan feels small while driving it, returns 36 mpg and is much easier in parking lots for 3 kids with sliding doors. More efficient, all wheel drive, handles fine, more space. For a gaggle of kids, a minivan is a tool that is difficult to beat.

Not sure where those range numbers came from. My 2015 has 89 miles of range fully charged and another 100 from the Rex if driven gently. I can’t imagine the range extender lost over half it’s fuel tank on the later models. In the US, the fuel tank was 2.5 gallons on my model but limited to 1.9 usable due to...reasons?

I read “Lego” at first.  My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined.

Yeah, that’s exactly what the finance dude said to me 3 weeks ago when we picked up our Sienna. I said “Show me the law that states this.” And he immediately backpedaled and said it was management directed.

Is the plexiglass shield in front of the cars to protect from exploding engine parts?

Bite the bullet man. We have 3 kids and finally gave in and got a Sienna. 36/36 mpg. Eats highway miles like a touring car and feels half it’s actual size (not great for my wife either while parking) which makes it very easy to drive.  You can’t beat the space and utility if you can get over the stigma of having the

I bought a car three days ago. I wrote a check. They still kept us waiting for almost two hours and tried to sell us all kinds of bullshit and argued with me when I declined.

My BMW I3 has a carbon fiber body that flexes just a little too much and the rear door sensors are just a little too sensitive.  When going around a corner, depending on temp and such, it says the rear door is open and auto unlocks all the doors. The best part of this “feature” is the rears are suicide doors and

AMG’s that were show and no go?  My 08 C class AMG made over 450 hp and was almost undrivable in wet conditions...  Did they make AMG packages without AMG engines?

Too bad the Air Force ran out of JATO bottles already.

So my little I3 that weighs less then the Prius, and has the REx generator might actually score higher. Neat.

Not sure if it qualifies but I have a BMW I3 as my daily commuter. Small, easy to drive and more fun then it should be. Also way more practical with the REx generator and European software setup.

Maybe it is supposed to be a throwback? My 89 K5 has square cup holders. Given that it’s a “square body”, it kinda works with the rest of the SUV but still weird.

I get that, but you cant convince me that they quote 30k, drop the battery, replace one cell for $3500, charge a few hours labor, and only charge the customer 6k. If it works out easy for them, they still charge 30k, citing how difficult it is to drop the battery and reprogram the entire internet through the car. If

Ohh, I’m interested in rodent eating fungi. Please tell me more...but maybe don’t touch it. I’ve played those games where the plants get a taste for human flesh.

Shouldn’t the title be more like “Stealerships are price gouging BMW i3 owners and replacing entire battery packs for 30 grand or more when often, only one cell for 10% of the price is needed.”
