So instead of playing Super Mario Kart or Mario Kart 64, I was playing MegaRace, Wipeout, Extreme-G and Jet Moto. While my friends were forming two-man teams for Mario Kart Double Dash!!, I was playing... well, more Wipeout.

... consider their situation in this game... and the fact that this was Ellie's first time ever dealing with these types of overwhelming feelings.

... I, however, am much older and have dealt with these feelings several times in my life... long enough to know how to properly express them.

I got to nearly the end... and somehow... I stopped playing it…
