YES. I would eat here. Can they serve fancy drinks and desserts that you don't have to feel guilty about not sharing with your friends?

I would watch this.

You are so not the only one who thought this. I was like, "What about type 2 diabetes? No similar stories I could possibly glean information from that would help me lose weight that fast?"

Ooh! Are you a brand new ethnic feminine deodorant spray product placement?

I Love Dr. Degrasse Tyson. LURVE. Genius on so many levels.

Totally agree with the Jesse Williams statement. Finnick is supposed to have this smoldering depth to him; this guy looks like everyday kindacute white guy to me. Nothing special.

agreed. I think I lasted all of two weeks on the boards at the bump. I never knew women could be so horrible to one another during what should have been a time of learning and acceptance. yick.

I think you should really look into talking to someone — you sound a lot like I did postpartum, and I was acutely depressed. Being concerned is one thing; being obsessed and depressed is another. I hope this doesn't sound judgmental or anything.

"What's going to be tricky is getting America to think of black women as wife material. That and the innocent black girls issue is the discomfort with accepting black women outside of the boxes of stereotypes."

Thank you so much for this article; I'm really considering getting a copy of this game & system just for the joy of playing a game with a well-written character who happens to also be brown and a woman. And thank you, Jill Murray, for writing it so, and for helping dispel the "Oh, it's so haaaard to/we shouldn't need

Perhaps you should examine the roots of that term more closely. Signed, a fellow southerner who has been called 'uppity' on more than one occasion and yeah, it had plenty to do with race.

so what do you think should have happened? Because this pretty much sounds like how it *should* go to me — accused is raked over the coals and kicked out when found guilty. Why leave them on campus to further torment their victim(s) and continue enjoying their lives as if nothing happened?

Black Community" isn't a monolith. I had comments about my puffy mound/fupa/fat labia/big lips and it wasn't necessarily all positive. Black/brown people aren't immune to pressure to conform, y'know.
