I gave my ESO Argonian a Nordic name, but that was because she was adopted by Nords according to the backstory I thought up for her. Probably not everyone with a dumb name has a good reason, but sometimes it’s possible.

Waluigi’s name actually makes more sense than Wario, given the pun they’re named. The Japanese word “warui” means “bad” so bad Luigi becomes Waruigi and you know the whole ‘r’ sound ‘l’ sound thing I’m sure. Wario still kind of works, but it seems to me only next to Waluigi. I could be wrong, I’m only beginner level…

I haven’t seen anyone else point this out, but, so, Pokemon eggs aren’t actually eggs. They’re like baby cradles. Or incubators. They’re not actually eggs, they’re just called eggs. So perhaps the issue is just with the name? And the shape, I guess.
