I legit teared up when I realized what it was. I’d only played MS Flight Sim X casually back in the day, but apparently it had a much greater impact on me than I realized.

When I got this ad I thought that it was a total scam. Hell, I’m still not 100% convinced it isn’t. The dealer has just enough sketchiness in the ad—the crazy trucks mentioned, the weird ‘we don’t know where the car is!’ warning—to cool my jets about what’s obviously a relatively cheap initial price on a wildly

Ass-suming it checks out mechanically by someone who knows Ferrari’s, why wouldn’t you buy this if you had the cash?

agreed.

The 4.7L V8 in my land cruiser has 235 hp and 320 ft-lbs. This engine is literally half the size and produces 50% more horsepower and more torque.

You know, I never converted engine size to cups of coffee before.... holy shit, 2.3 is only 9-10 cups.... thought it would have been more than that.

Don’t drink too much of it or  you’ll see noises.

And that bringing your own vehicle is just bad resource utilization, much better with one specialized going between certain optimal nexuses.

Developments seem to occur every 6 months. That will open the door to the realization that chaining multiple passenger units to a single motorized unit is even more efficient.

Nah, “discovering” public transit is more Lyft’s MO.

How long before they decide that pavement is liable to potholing and rutting, and invent some sort of extruded steel sections for the vehicles to run on, to ensure the vehicles have a smoother, longer-lasting track to travel on?

“When he opens his mouth it’s a vacuous hole: There’s little room for a brain or anything else.”

BBRRRRRTT  times TWO -

That’s what the AC-130 is for. It holds an absolute shitload of weaponry and can stay aloft for hours at a time. This is more of a cheaper aircraft requiring fewer people, and so they can afford more of them.
