That needle pokey thing has a name: Dr. Ball.

You’re REALLY underselling that Tarkin. The fact that you have the option to add Vader is v’nice. AND it comes with that needle-pokie-interrogation thang.
Remember that scene when Han used a grappling hook and Leia a missile launcher bigger than herself?
I also don’t recall seeing any Realistic Battle Damage on the Jurassic Park dinosaurs... Why must you lie to me, toys?
I’m pretty sure Lego goes out of their way to start these rumors.
The shout-out to the holiday special is amazing.
If the movie studios want to reveal a spoiler—and they seldom do—there are much, much better ways to do that than putting an action figure in plain sight in Target.
Seriously though, digging around I found this bit from Lucasfilm PR circa 1979, and you might find it amusing. Substitute “Mandalorians” for “Imperial Shocktroopers,” and that’s pretty much his history as shown in the movies and spinoff shows.
I was thinking that most of these seem to be really recent, and I guess it’s no coincidence that due to the internet, everything gets over-analyzed and shared to oblivion.
I gotta say, I really dig the fact that the Ant-Man Lego set has Legos to make big Legos.
The impression I got was that you could make two or three completely different movies using all the footage that was shot. It was like bad movie Voltron.
Pretty much... What I was able to see of his footage is completely unhinged nonsense for sure, but he wasn’t responsible for this awful idea.
The GOTG crossover Iron Man armor is one of the most GOD-AWFUL looking armies ever in canon.
It sounds like Leto method acted his ass straight out of that movie.
Maybe, but I’m not really seeing it. However, he does have an ugly mug in the sculpt.
The Batman Joker is sadly real. There were weeks of footage from Suicide Squad completely thrown out and not included in the “directors cut” and this costume was part of an extended sequence. Maybe one day the general public will be unlucky enough to get to see it... but I pray for their souls if they do.
Didn’t the Robin figure (which was a big deal at the time since it was the first one of the modern Tim Drake costume) have a VERY weird headsculpt that people theorized was Marlon Wayans’?
Correct.
The Batman is typically kind of a loner.
None of the new Inhumans stuff has really grabbed me quite like this has. As much a part of Marvel’s universe as they’ve always been, the Inhumans have always felt so peripheral, you know? It’ll be interesting to see how Priest approaches them getting into the fray of things in the present or if he even will at all.
