I always felt that they had totally opposed viewpoints - Androids was deeply anti-replicant, to the point almost of a sort of racism. Bladerunner’s message was “replicants are people too”, (even though it was made explicit that emotionally, they were sociopaths.)

Really? Ohh. I need to write myself a note to ask him if he knows Harry Potter.

Meh

And a very enjoyable experience. Most movies aren’t perfect reproductions of the original works.

Where Morning Spoilers? Where?

Anyone who reads Androids because of Blade Runner is in for a surprise.

So not only is this Wayne cousin thing not a big deal, but it’s not a big deal with precedent. Ogre, take it away...

Maybe he’s really Bruce in disguise, kind of like that time Matt Murdock pretended he was his hip, sighted twin brother, Mike.

You can criticize the graphics and performance of breath of the wild. But the artistic direction and character design are one of the best in the series. To me it is the best.

Yeah, I’m really digging the new look too. This game is going to be epic.

She looks super Norwegian in that Bunad outfit.

Lucky for you the range is more like 75 miles. If it’s downhill you are all good. Also, get the app ‘plugshare’ or just check their website for charging stations along your route. Welcome to EV life!

Basically every pure electric car is crazy cheap like this on the used market. The 500e comes to mind, but there’s also the Focus Electric and Spark EV, and those are all much better looking than a Leaf IMO.

I am genuinely thinking about it. With an UGLY 25 mile/day commute and chargers at work, I could keep my truck and pay for it with the savings in gas. Being a three car family is a hard sell though.

here’s the thing; I look for a used electric car online, I widen my search out within the state and find a few models 100-200 miles away which are a good price. There’s nothing within a 40 mile radius. The Nissan Leaf has a 40 mile range. Getting this car home will take around 2 days!

if I’m writing this, I have cable start telling deadpool the story after they meet up in the morning, and soon as cable starts talking you get a shot of dead pools face, and for like 2 or 3 minutes music starts to play and weird shit shows up on the screen, and then after 3 minutes or so cable says “and thats how i

I mean, when he first showed up, he didn’t have all that backstory. He was just some guy who showed up in the pages of New Mutants hunting down Stryfe. And that was it.

the Deadpool game was my favorite way of handling Cable’s backstory. A montage of comic book panels accompanied by a thumping track of, “Who the fuck is Cable?” It didn’t provide any answers, but it was perfect.

Cable (the times I have liked him) is more than just a series of facts that make up a backstory. He has characterization, specifically that he’s the straight man to Deadpool’s wacky antics. It’s not like the first Deadpool movie had to tell you about Colossus saving his sister from a tractor, or that his sister
