Look, if you want to have people call you different pronouns, you should have that same courtesy for others, even if you don’t agree with them. This is for both sides. The hypocrisy is dripping. Honestly, we all need to stop being so damn offended by everything and just talk to each other as normal people. We’re all

What kind of audience are you trying to reach here?

Everything you’ve said is fine and true, but that doesn’t change the fact that calling people names they don’t want to be called isn’t a nice thing to do.  Sometimes people deserve to be labeled if they don’t want to, but if a cisgendered person says they don’t want to be called that, it should generally be respected.

What does this have to do with Jalopnik? Man you all love your pandering brownie points when you can get them.

Ah yes, very car related.

Super-duper automotive content here. Great work, guys

First off, I don’t agree with this being universally labeled as a slur. But the specific example of Esses in a vacuum seems hard to refute as harassment.

These stats are useless without being normalized for sales growth. If Company A made 5 widgets and 2 of them had incidents, and Company B made 100 widgets and 3 of them had incidents, yes, Company B had more incidents, but that is a super misleading way to report on it.

Surprise, Jalopnik has negative comments about Tesla.  I should just cut and paste this comment for every article.

Ive had an m3 for years and got the ccs adapter just in case and just looking at the sheer size and the mountain of issues it has in murica.  It needs to go and teslas charger needs to stay

The size of CCS1 vs NACS is all you need to see

Except here, NACS is superior to CCS in the US. Your analogy to lightning is not accurate as lighting does not have the same technical performance as USB C and USB C is a mess as there are multiple standards under that umbrella. NACS is easier to handle, smaller and less prone to breakage. Combines L2 and DC Fast

Over 10 years or so, the VW will probably make up that $6k deficit in repairs versus a Honda.

I believe people that like the way SUVs drive are just focused on comfort not how sporty they drive. If people are not interested in driving aggressively, a sports car can be a miserable place sit/ride in.

Obviously I wasn’t hauling 5/8ths, I was hauling 3/8ths, which is well within the capacity. Here’s a shot with some 4x10s.

I have a 2008 Avalanche with close to 300k and I plan on keeping it for as long as humanely possible. The folding midgate is awesome and gets regular use. Everyone who says “get a minivan” misses one crucial point. You cant just throw mulch, Soil, Concrete, or anything dirty on the back of a minivan without destroying

They eventually made ones without the plastic cladding

we’re just going to forget about the envoy xuv? that’s fine with me... I’m just checking.

You can’t get a crew cab with an 8' bed in a half ton. If you want to carry long stuff without most of it hanging off of the open tailgate of your crew cab’s 5' box, and also carry 5 people, just not at the same time, the Avalanche would be the perfect compromise.
